Shuichiro Kamitake, Representative Director and CEO

A graduate of Chuo University (Faculty of Letters, Department of Sociology), Shuichiro spent seven years as a club DJ in Shibuya and ran a record shop before entering the IT industry at 30. He went on to sales and business development roles at Oracle Japan (financial services and insurance), Box Japan (channel partner sales), IHS Markit (solution sales and business development), Appen Japan (Country Manager) and Criteo (Director, Retail Media, where he launched the Japan business), and founded Chresmos in December 2023. Since then, he has also worked hands-on at Nami Technology (2024, supporting its Japan launch) and Uber for Business (2025, enterprise sales), alongside his work as a sales advisor and business connector. He works in both Japanese and English.

About the name: Chresmos is the ancient Greek word for an oracle's answer. The name reflects our aim to give a straight answer to every question we receive. Having come into sales from a very different field and built his career at global companies, Shuichiro believes trust is earned through substance rather than titles.
